TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

-You must be at least 18 or older to commission me.
-My work is for personal and private use only, I do not allow unauthorized use of my art for commercial purposes unless agreed upon in advance at the time of placing an order.
-You acknowledge that I am a digital artist only and my work is digital only, therefore you will not receive physical goods from my work.
-No one is authorized to remove the watermark from the final product, nor are you allowed to claim my art as your own even if it is a paid commission.
-I reserve the right to post the commissioned work in any stage of development on any of my social networks.
- You must give proper credits to me while using or exposing the work.
- It is forbidden to use my artwork as NFT.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

-Turnaround time for commission's completion will vary, going from 2-4 weeks to 1-3 months.
-Full payment or half of it must be made in advance before starting work on the project via Paypal invoice.
-Full refund will be made only if I have not started working on the commission.
-After the sketch phase has been approved, it is no longer refundable.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

-Commercial use license A: 1.5x Price: artwork used for social media for monetary income (Youtube, Twitch, personal site, online stores, Vtuber branding) and promotional purposes.
Commercial use license B: 2x Price: art used for merchandise such as: stickers, t-shirts, posters, prints, etc.
